Five years after Kateina, still homeless

On August 29, 2005, one of the worst hurricane's that had it the United States. There many people in New Orleans who lost there homes. FEMA set up emergency assistance trailers, those who were waiting for grants. Theses trailers were very spacious o the parents shared a tiny bedroom with there kids using what they could for bedding. Most of the trailers were also health hazard.
Then there are those who wanted to rebuild there houses and didn't have enough money. So when they applied for grants. There are those who got them, but when the constructor workers took advantaged put up this kind of drywall that made many people sick. So those who found out about this drywall had tear down and start over. Many people are still homeless and have no places to go because of the storm.

"We've lost a lot," Kings says, "but a new beginning is better then none at all."
